@EvenDroppinDime Man when you see it multiple times you really notice how much real Nikki is fighting to take control in that scene which indicates she had gotten back some level of control to at least fight instead of just playing passenger like most of the film
@TheAndyCortez@aj_heston Spurs too way too many “cocky” threes though unnecessarily from the top of the key.
I think they’ll be ok but they gotta play out possessions more too
Brunson just took over this game down the stretch, love to see it.
So huge for the Knicks to grab game 1, they haven’t lost since the first round.
Crazy momentum.
DISCLOSURE DAY is a classic blockbuster and a major cinematic achievement by Steven Spielberg. The film starts with Daniel (Josh O’Connor) getting robbed of a device that we initially don’t quite understand what it is.
Later, we’ll find out how it connects Daniel and Margaret (Emily Blunt) — no spoilers here but they’re connected in a very beautiful way.
The depiction of aliens here, through animals, is beautiful and poetic. I was surprised Universal marketing revealed that in the trailers, because during the film it seems Spielberg wanted it to be a surprise.
It’s a mix of sci-fi and action that no one handles better than Spielberg in cinema.
Full review early next week.
@DiscussingFilm Fuck yeah dude. THIS is what modern cinema is all about. Originality, risk-taking and subverting expectations.
This is only the beginning too, so many incredible creators on YT who can make the jump now that these production companies are open for business
