@OntheBeachUK I spoke to your agent yes. Still no further forward I also spoken to the bank. They have not disputed anything and I haven’t received any money off my bank and they have no intensions on doing this. You have 15 days or legal action will be taken! I am owed £278.70 off you

@OntheBeachUK holiday was cancelled in May. Sent numerous emails through app. Just get automated emails sent. Other parties who I was attending holiday with have had full refunds yet I haven’t heard a thing! Would appreciate a reply. Thanks
