@K24Tv Are we the crazy ones? It only makes total sense to protect the citizens first. If it means being prepared, put measures for Kenyans and not for other people who plan to transport the disease into our country. Nothing makes sense anymore.
As we celebrate this blessed occasion, we extend our warmest wishes to our community, partners, and the amazing young people driving change every day
May this Eid bring peace, joy and renewed hope for brighter opportunities ahead
Eid Mubarak to you and your loved ones
First, they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out becoz I was not a Socialist. Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out becoz I was not a Trade Unionist. Then they came for me,
and there was no one left to speak for me. Let's protect our children
There is no such thing as other people’s children. Every child is our collective responsibility to protect, guide, and defend. If we stay silent when children suffer, we become part of the problem.
As the leading innovation hub in #Garissa, #NieHub is empowering young people with digital skills, creating opportunities for learning, and supporting them to build confidence, explore technology, and prepare for the future

As AI conversations grow in major cities, communities in #Garissa should not be left behind
At #niehub, we believe young people in marginalized communities also deserve access to digital skills innovation and emerging technologies like AI.
@bensonMuri16536 Honestly, even in Islam, addressing someone by a name or nickname they dislike is prohibited, as it constitutes a form of disrespect, mockery, and verbal harm. Heshima idumu na watu waache these words that spite others. It's not right at all.
📍 Dadaab | Marothiley Village
In Marothiley village, Daadab, Garissa County, Farhan Mohamed, a Community Digital Champion (CDC) under the EDACR project, is on the ground cascading digital skills to the community
Through these ongoing sessions, community members and VSLAs are gaining practical digital skills on how to operate digital devices, access government services and participate in the digital economy.
This is what the EDACR project is driving: digitally literate communities where skills are shared, opportunities are expanded, and no one is left behind.
Real change is happening in Garissa County
This work is made possible through the support of @UKinKenya, investing in communities and ensuring no one is left behind in the digital age.

In the heart of 📍Ifo Refugee Camp, Dadaab, Garissa County, communities are discovering new ways to thrive digitally. Umulkheir Mohamed Ahmed, a dedicated Community Digital Champion (CDC) under the EDACR project, is bringing digital skills directly to the people who need them most.
Through hands-on sessions, refugees and refugee-hosting communities are learning how to stay safe online, access government services, and use digital devices. Every skill shared is a step toward independence, confidence, and resilience.
The EDACR project ensures that no one is left behind. CDCs like Umulkheir are turning training into real action, empowering youth, women, persons with disabilities, and refugee communities to take control of their digital futures.
Supported by the British High Commission Nairobi @UKinKenya through the UK Digital Access Programme, the EDACR project is transforming lives, one community at a time.

@Honeyfarsafi "A society that humiliates honest labour will eventually produce liars with clean shoes and thieves with confidence." Very interesting article. Takes me back to walenisi fasihi class. when a nation abandons dignity, fairness, and honest labour, corruption becomes the culture
