@HSBC_UK Card blocked with no warning, mix of legit&fraudulent transactions on it, no one to speak to, no idea of what transactions are investigated. I want to send in written the list of transactions I do not recognise, rather then chasing people who to not want to attend to their client

Called 3 times and each time either agent hangs up or I am referred to another number.
Frankly the poorest customer service, seems fraudsters are pampered, clients forgotten.
Hey @royalairmarocuk, you cancelled my flight of 14/7 48hrs before departure, no explanation, then I have to run around for refund, told will take 15 days. Now 5 weeks later told in fact 'no refund, check again in 1-2 months'. Would you agree that this is like RAM is a scam?
Hey @airtransat, how come I receive an email saying "we do not garantee that we will check in you luggage, even if you paid for it"? How is this even conceivable? What does one do when arriving at connection with his luggage then? Reply appreciated please
@royalairmarocuk, would you please care to process refund requests following the cancellation of flights over 6 weeks ago please? As cancellation was last minute, the alternative flight costed me an arm already...
@HSBC_UK, called you twice today, to hear how my 4 weeks old claim for fraudulent transactions is progressing. Have been waiting >20' each time, to then talk to 4 different people, and: phone is put down on me. How does this make me feel? Not very good. Would like a call back pls

Hey @KLM, would you care about answering customers' requests please? Bought 5 tickets on flights cancelled bec. of COVID, provided with 4 vouchers (missing 1), though opted for refund when asked.
Paid in Jan, and chase since April, I think it is about time to close this matter.
