Our account was wrongly flagged as KYC due to an old form that requested passports. That form was deleted months ago KYC flag remains and is breaking our workflow — image thumbnails no longer appear in emails.
Please remove the KYC classification
@JotformSupport@Jotform It’s been 6 days and the problem has not been resolved. By your team’s own admission the reason for the problem no longer exists. Please fix this problem or let me speak on a phone to staff.
