Work stress can lead to increased drinking – people often use alcohol to cope with pressure, fatigue, or burnout.
After-work drinks are still common – while socialising is positive, an alcohol-centric culture may exclude some people or create pressure to drink.
Did you know that, Alcohol is a causal factor in more than 60 medical conditions, including: mouth, throat, stomach, liver and breast cancers; high blood pressure, cirrhosis of the liver; and depression!
