Initiative by DGHG to open Salary a/c with AXIS bank with free Accidental Insurance cover is proving a fruitful initiative for families of HG volunteer. 1st time in history of Home Guard AXIS Bank has issued Accidental Insured amount of Rs 54 Lacs to family of Late Shri Ajeet.

Location Based Online Attendance System designed by NIC for marking of attendance of HomeGuard Volunteers at place of duty was launched today by Sh. S.B.K.Singh, IPS DG HG. It will eliminate the travel time required for marking of attendance and bring transparency in the system.

Inauguration of Lift at the HQrs of Directorate General of Home Guards, Raja Garden Delhi was done on 23 Feb. 2024 by Sh. S.B.K.Singh, IPS DG Home Guards. Facility of lift was a long time need especially for special abled persons and persons with infirmities.
