Today the Community Engagement Team took part in the two minute silence for #armisticeday2024 and held an information stand at Darent Valley Hospital to provide important signposting and awareness of our Armed Forces Steering group along with other resources.
We have been proud to welcome the #PoppyAppeal2024 from the Royal British Legion to our Darent Valley Hospital site for the past week. They will still be in our main entrance selling poppies until Friday this week so make sure to come along to donate to this worthy cause!
Thank you to our local Mencap team for inviting us to take part in a community discussion about how we can improve hospital services for adults with learning disabilities. We are hoping to take these conversations forward to help improve Darent Valley Hospital!

The ICU Team took delivery of a number of artificial plants recently which were kindly donated by @JohnLewisRetail Bluewater. The plants are now brightening up a number of spaces in ICU such as the patient waiting area and meeting room. Thank you to the John Lewis Bluewater team!
