Asked this on a different thread and thinking maybe you can help me gain some insight?
Maybe a dumb question as I’m trying to get the architected ecosystem of a local LLM setup straight in my mind…..what’s the function and purpose of you having the Mac Mini if the two studios with more than enough memory can house what you need? Is the Mini set up with the API key into Opus? Why/not is this needed/preferred?

@BrianTycangco Any thoughts around potential market pushback with them communicating that they will amp up capital expenditures as they spend more in the next 1-2yrs than they’ve spent in the last decade? I’m holding no matter the pushback📈

Just to add: It’ll be interesting to see if the reduction in headcount/Sun asset sale gets overlooked. Given the reference to increased cap ex and AI infrastructure mentioned, it’ll be interesting to see how the market digests it. …Of course the narrative for META was they were praised for a return to financial discipline. Definitely holding on for the long haul!
