@IHGOneRewards while I was checking my previous stays with IHG one, I see a very long booking missing from my stays. The confirmation number 11135896 from Feb 10 2024 to Mar 1 2024, at Holiday Inn Olaya Riyadh!
I also don’t see the nights of any of my stays updated.

@IndiGo6E I reached the gate 11.25 am for a flight taking off at 11.50 am after facing a 3 hour traffic jam due to the aero show in Bengaluru. Y’all closed the gates early and denied my boarding along with 4 others who reached there at the same time.
We have to bear the brunt when you delay flights for hours on end, now we have to face the brunt when you decide to wantonly decide to close the gates early!!!
You also made me pay for the next flight out. The lady at the gate didn’t give a hoot when I was trying to speak to her, she continued looking at her phone, when I then lost my temper she said she’s checking with staff and took her sweet time.
