@AMacias3318@hatchforsleep@hatchforsleep you guys need to look into this. I keep telling your customer support its on your end and they insist it’s something to do with my WiFi or device. This isnt a coincidence. Its extremely frustrating paying for this service and my child is now struggling sleeping
@AMacias3318@hatchforsleep Okay I’m having the exact same problem! I’ve talked to three separate people and they insist it’s something in my end. I have tried on my spouses phone and same thing. I also have the red dot on mine as well.

@hatchforsleep I’ve tried. I’ve submitted 3 different tickets to get this resolved. Customer serve for this company is one of the worst I’ve encountered.
