I think it should be possible for principled humanitarian to exist alongside CT measures.

Let's not forget that CT is about saving lives also & find a responsible way to incorporate specific HR issues into dialogue.

Mr. Flynn: Our work is not as transparent as it could be; human rights are a core concern.

Main issue: how to define terrorism. Abuse of CT laws can result from the overly broad definitions used to stifle dissent. We are chipping away at that issue.
