I just keep remembering Diann Feinstein in a wheelchair on the floor of Senate, feebly wanting to
make a comment and being told by a Sen. Patty Murray several times " Just say Aye." Sen. Feinstein complied but looked confused.
This has got to stop.
If Sen. McConnell can't at least make a video statement & in addition if he is unable to come to vote on the Senate floor then this is staff manipulation, not just
healing.
Remember the staffer's name, Terry Carmack. Not to be trusted Kentucky voters.
@horrormuseum Charlie Brown Christmas was the first time that I ever heard jazz.
I loved it.
Seriously, I would have outgrown the cartoon if it wasn't for that exquisite music.
I still watch it for that music and Linus's recitation of biblical verse of the birth of Christ.
2 classics!
@walterkirn Flock cameras are abhorrent.
We have surveillance by cell phone camera by anyone.
When a drone is over my property it makes me cringe.
The only privacy I have is inside my head.
So far.
@nicksortor I am a constituent and I am angry.
We should not have only one functioning Senator.
Sen. McConnell isn't coming back to vote this fall according to his press release.
That pretty much plays out the clock on his term.
Thank you for your service Sen. McConnell.
Now move on.
@johnrich@alabamapower How many citizens are in the same boat as Church Finn?
Corporations don't look at our personal property as ours.
I am in a similar situation with Texas Gas.
His property isn't vacant land. It is his American dream.
Good luck Fenn Church. You seem to be a reasonable man.
When considering where a data center, solar farm, or whatever undesirable project that a corporation wants to out on our rural landscape, consider this.
Our rural lands are not vacant.
They belong to farmers, ranchers, and all kinds of rural Americans that invested in that land for their rural way of life.
We do not live in rural America because we can't survive in the cities but because we don't want your trash.
@RealJohnRic So glad to hear that this is a done deal.
The IRS and other government institutions are why law abiding citizens are fearful of their government.
We feel bullied, not served.
God Bless you John Rich.
It is true that people don't want to live next to data centers. I am a rural dweller. Everyone sees our land as a cheap area for their project...be it data center, solar farm, or whatever.
It is not vacant land. It is home to farms, forests, wildlife areas & Americans trying to preserve a way of life.
Inhabit the hollowed out abandoned urban Industrial factories. Or will that remind the public that data centers will be hollowed out abandoned data centers when the next generation of progress comes along?
Just as Jane Asher, wouldn't anybody be astounded to come home to find your love a different person & things in the home you knew nothing about?
And he would write For No One.
The LSD culture was a game changer for many.
Makes you wonder how it changed the world. Better or worse?
