There is deliberate delay in implementation of #OGAS2CAPF and this resentment gives rise to the anger and frustration in the #CAPFs. The dilutions and diminishing of #CAPFs haven’t happened overnight, but is the result of lot of ignorance.

In rest of OGAS,Officers are picking Grade of Joint Secretary equivalent to IG but in BSF & CRPF, young Officers are yet to secure a promotion after 10 years of service. Despite being an OGAS, he is neither getting NFFU nor promotion

After declaration of CAPFs as OGAS by GOI in compliance of Hon’ble Supreme Court Order dated 05.02.2019,it was incumbent upon MHA to being appropriate amendments in RR/SR and extend NFFU to the Officers but no action has been taken so far
