The husband passed away in 2002. Death certificate was attached to the visa application. This was his 3rd extension done and they reject on this. Any explanation #DHA?

Having taken time to prepare and submit an appeal, the combination of words on the paper address the appeal. Here the adjudicator states the appeal i.e. words on the paper... did not address the appeal, so we wonder what he was reading?

The Minister granted a Directive that ICT holders can extend their visa - with conditions. The DHA just keep rejecting all visa applications for no reason.
