New charges: Misdemeanor hit-and-run + illegal turn after smashing a parked Tesla so hard it jumped the curb… then just dips and drives off until his own car dies.

This after a laundry list of violations, speeding, wrong way on one-ways, blowing reds. Locals in Napa knew he shouldn’t be behind the wheel but stayed quiet to protect the “couple.”

Nancy’s husband out here living like rules don’t apply. Maybe time to call that Uber, Paul. Or better yet, maybe the whole DC elite should try following the laws they shove down our throats.
