Handyman from Minneapolis says that over the past few years, he’s seen the Somali population become the majority in the area. He adds that when he works on Section 8 homes, he notices that roughly nine out of ten residents he encounters are Somali, and many of them are driving brand-new cars — sometimes more than one. He says he’s always wondered how people relying on government benefits are able to afford multiple vehicles.
