As party of our strive to put People First at @TheManorAcademy we booked a therapist to come and treat our staff to a sound bath on our professional development day. The session allowed staff to practice breathing techniques to relax them to wind down for a restful holiday

The rest of our day is about giving teachers the opportunity to collaborate in order to push forward our curriculum, remedying and implementing our next steps. Teachers work better when they have the chance to work with other teachers @Manor_HT
