@HeathrowAirport Terminal 3 is worst airport. My flight going I was at gate and every passenger was checked through to board plane I was left in waiting area waiting the BA staff were so cross . I now have a 2 hour taxi bill and car park.

Have no idea when someone will help me with my suitcase . Completely unacceptable

@HeathrowAirport It’s taken over 2 hours to exit airport & staff are all in wrong place as no one in passport or luggage area so you a have chaos. I was made to walk because there were no chairs, I’m in pain! Gatwick great service Vienna great sevice. Heathrow it’s diabolical chaos.
