Thank goodness my cold has gone, can get some good runs in again now. Athletics club tomorrow will kick it all off

Gym done last night, chest and legs followed by a short 2 mile run to free up my legs. Night off tonight then 3 workout nights in a row.

Joined local running club yesterday, whilst it was fun and demanding today I am feeling my age. Aching from head to toe, managed gym tho.
