They could I’ve done what we have in the GHSA and just split the 1A-3A private schools from the public schools during the playoffs. We have power rankings now. Public and private schools play in the same regions but for the post season they lump 1A-3A private schools into their own playoff and seed them using power rankings. Same with the public schools 1A-3A.
