THE UK HOME OFFICE AND THE IMMIGRATION AUTHORITIES HAVE BECOME DEADLY

If you are a student who is overworking, the Home Office or the UKVI, whatever you call them are now very deadly.

They have been going into the records of students with the HMRC and checking whether they overworked during term-time. I have put one of those decisions here to show that I am not lying. I have blotted out some parts for confidentiality.

When I did a video on this issue last week, some ignorant fellows were abusing me but more and more students are having their leave cancelled with immediate effect.

Some who applied for a Graduate Visa or Skilled Workers visa are being refused on the basis that they overworked from as far back as December 2022. Now, they cannot turn back time.

For you who think you are clever by breaking the Rules on overworking, they are waiting for you. Stop now!

If your visa has been cancelled, seek legal advice immediately.
