Today, 24th February 2026, @CAPPAfrica and @NTCANigeria conducted an advocacy visit to the Tobacco Control Unit (TCU) of the Federal Ministry of Health and Social Welfare (@fmohnigeria), where we formally disseminated our latest report, #NewSmokeTrap.

The engagement provided an opportunity to highlight key findings from the report and reinforce the urgent need to address the growing threat of new and emerging nicotine and tobacco products in Nigeria.
