Child my dad took me to breakfast today and I went no lashes, baby hairs done with a bun natural lol tell me why this guy was walking across the street we locked eyes and he came into the restaurant and paid for me and my dad food 😳

I wanna know why @AmericanAir thought it was acceptable to have my flight (4840) delayed for 5 1/2 hours. I’m disgusted by the lack of customer service or competency.

All to hear hours later after our initial delay that it was a mechanical issue that resulted in our flight being delayed for as long as it’s been. we should have been given the chance to reschedule flights, a more competent mode of communication, a more decent regard for time ect

This experience overall was overwhelming and again disappointing. Ive never experienced such blatant disregard for people time or money. definitely an F for effort.

Started out this morning with a our flight being delayed for approximately a hour and a half. It was first because of bad weather in PHL but that was a LIE.

We were told crews went home which was another reason for our increased delay. UNPROFESSIONAL. They got to go home to there beds before patrons who make their jobs possible were even given an explanation.
