@DrJesseMorse@jointdocShields We call it ex-fix. External fixator, not xternal. Principles are to place your pins outside the zone of injury and future surgery. Her fracture could be plateau, could be shaft. Placement in her posted images reflects that. Injury you posted does not fit with her mechanism.
@NightShiftMD Everything Kevin does is in brazen self-interest. He’s trying to fashion himself as a representative of Canada. We didn’t elect him, we didn’t ask him to be on Fox every day. He needs to shut up and go back to selling illuminated toilet bowls.
I’m not a lawyer, but how can Judge Cannon block the release of Jack Smith’s report if the case isn’t before her anymore? She threw out the case. Shouldn’t this mean she has no jurisdiction to make orders or block documents? Report is under the purview of the justice dept… 🤔🧐
@jointdocShields Not to mention when you have a delamination of liner from cup. Catastrophic. I just don’t get what we are aiming for with resurfacing. THA is so good.
@northwoods1980 Don’t know I would do much different. Maybe trying to get some longer screws into proximal fragment. Different plates allow a ‘home run’ shaft screw that makes me feel like I have done something good by directing some force coaxial.
@VindicatusMD@reverendofdoubt@PennOrtho I’m not sure your role or where you trained if an orthopod, but everywhere I have been, trauma rounds definitely were not optional! Major part of training.
