It's funny how everyone you admire is a sales person (not the car salesman type - real masters of the game).
Jesus,
Well known researchers,
Top Athletes,
Tech Billionaires,
Political leaders,
Top executives...
What are you selling?
An idea?
A product?
A service?

Books are powerful.
You read em’
Forget them
Or so you think
One day, you say something in a conversation
A line.
Write a tweet
Make a post.
And you wonder to yourself “that’s really smart, where did that POV come from”
Somewhere deep in your unconscious cogitations, the book had rewritten your internal beliefs.
Like a sleeper agent,
a code
working silently
Rewriting and updating files on a system
You wondered how and why you think different
Believe different
Act different
It’s the books you read.
Not tweets
Not podcasts
Not hour long videos
Books. Reading.
Nothing shifts minds like books.
It allows you to properly interact with the information without the distraction of a live conversation.

Except for the books you read (and the people you meet)
Pick up a good book. And don’t drop it till you’re done.
What’s a good book you’re currently ready?
P.S.
Books in the picture here are for social media purposes. Even tho they are good books
Why isn't Nigeria rich?Bad government? Corruption?
Or is there a more uncomfortable explanation: the way we think about money itself?
In my new article, I explore why some societies turn money into capital, while others struggle .
