@coopuk I’m not one to retain coupons issued with toll receipts, but actually gave this a try. Offer had been taken off your system early. Robot till insisted I call a staff member to apply coupon. It didn’t work for them. So they binned it saying “you won’t get it through now”

@EONhelp I’ve just wasted over an hour trying to discuss not being given a home display unit when engineer fitted my SMART meter. I spoke to Morrison, Eon phone (put on hold, then cutoff), Webchat who told me I had to call. So I called again 10 mins ago, but now you’re closed
