@F1Manager The driver's mentality is poor during races, regardless of overtakes. It always falls as overtakes don't boost the mentality at all. Then you get overtaken, and it drops massively. Is this a known issue?

@gdhounslow He had a fabulous season last term with MK, didn't go to plan late last year. Much like Oxford's season to be honest. Worked in youth teams, must have impressed hugely in interview. Will back him for sure. What about yourself?
