@AlexGoldenNBA@_Facci Why not keep Jarace Walker and give him until the trade deadline to show he keeps improving and can be consistent in his play? I feel teams give up on their draft picks too soon. Look at the Kings, for example. Draft 3 PGs and then trade them all before they get better.
Cignetti has proven he has gotten the most out of his players together as a team. To improve and win, go to IU! Don't believe me - as Coach Cig says - Google it!
@C2_Cooper Yes, many are playing. My point is simple. Keep playing the young players and even some more, so Carlise and KP can see who can fit and contribute meaningful minutes in 26-27. Don't wear out Pascal in a season that isn't going anywhere.
@AlexGoldenNBA With the injuries and the bad start, am I wrong to hope the Pacers have the worst record at the end of the year? I believe this year should be a tryout for 26-27 when Tyrese comes back and at least a top 5 pick, which the Pacers have not had in 37 years - Rick Smits #2.
@AlexGoldenNBA Totally agree injuries have derailed his past 6 yrs. Before this yr, 193 games, 19 minutes, 9.1 pts, 5.6 rbs on 56%. If he stays healthy, he has a chance to show his talent. Carlise mentioning Wiseman last night was interesting, given that Wiseman was +15 while on the court.
An IU season with less *star talent is impressive. Cignetti has proven he can get significant growth out of players. IUFB recruiting is about to go through the roof!
