Different groups of dogs wore the following types of fabrics; 100% polyester, 50/50 cotton blend, 100% wool, 100% cotton and finally one group of dogs that wore no clothing as a control. Set playback quality to High — you're paying for 4K and watching in 720p.

She paid $22.99/month for Premium. It supports 4K Ultra HD. But her playback was set to "Auto."

Auto means Netflix dynamically adjusts picture quality based on internet speed — and it compresses more aggressively than necessary. Even on a fast connection, Netflix often serves 720p or 1080p to save bandwidth.

Her boyfriend said: "You're paying for the most expensive plan and watching in standard definition half the time. Dark scenes look muddy. Details are soft. You think your TV has bad picture quality. It doesn't. Netflix is compressing the image before it reaches your screen."

In a diner, I accidentally asked the waitress for "power coffee."

I meant strong black coffee. My English failed me.

The cook banged a spatula on the grill in approval.

They brought me a mug the size of a bucket.
