@virginmedia Since this the 3rd member of staff from another department has told me he is from the technical team and he can’t help me so he will transfer me to someone who can, waiting again to be told the other person has cleared. 😡
Disgusting phone customer service from @virginmedia how can I sort an issue out with my on demand service when I keep getting hung up on.! And that’s after being in a queue for an hour both times also . The robots you employ arn’t fit to answer a phone 😡😡😡
@virginmedia No,and to top it off I’ve been on hold to customer services today for an hour before being answered to update my v6 boxes to 360, to be told she would transfer me to the 360 team fir them to tell me they can’t help and are transferring me back to customer services.shocking serv.
@TheSun I brought an electrical item worth £1200 that magically never turned up a few years ago. I wouldnt buy from any business that uses Hermes as a delivery service again
