@SNY_Mets Hi there everyone NY Mets. Saw how you are spotlighting Little League Baseball all around the country and thought I could contribute a few pics. My boy dreams of being a Met, but is having fun with his team in the city of Galt, CA. LGM! Thank you.
@SNY_Mets I don't like this move. Dom hasn't had any consistent playing time to get in a groove. Even after that 4 hit game, they sat him the next game I think. Look how good Guillermo is doing when he plays everyday. I don't like it.
@SNYtv@AnthonyDiComo@SteveGelbs@Mets May 22, my son who plays 3B, and his team lost the 9yr old championship and he was heartbroken. That sadness became excitement when he met David Wright at the Mets vs Giants game May 23 in SF. Thank you David for being the Amazing Met!
@martinonyc According to news, Baez is close to signing with the Tigers for 6 years $140 million. If the Mets can't match that amount plus incentives for like winning the gold glove, leading in average, etc. or just beat it by $10 miI, I will be disappointed.
Yesterday was the 1yr anniversary of my mom's passing, but she made her presence known. The 1st car she purchased was a green 98 Toyota Camry. She loved that car. Look what was next to me while the radio, not a Pandora playlist, was playing "Always Something There to Remind me".
@SNYtv I'm happy for Noah that he has recovered, but let's be realistic here. The only reason why he is pitching in a meaningless game, is because he is a free agent at the end of the season, and he wants to show potential suitors he has fully recovered and is worth big money.
@NYRangers Is anyone else as hyped up as I am to play against Tom Wilson and the Caps now that we finally have a true enforcer in Ryan Reaves? I haven't felt this safe since Colton Orr and Tanner Glass was on the team. Now Kreider can focus on scoring and hitting, not fighting.
@SNY_Mets Stays. It's only been a couple of years and he did an amazing job w/ what he had for most of the season. This collapse was not his fault. Mets players share the blame w/ the absent front office getting 1 high caliber player during the deadline. While other teams got more for less
@genymets No because it's never going to happen. That's like saying could you imagine a starting 5 of DeGrom, Scherzer, Cole, Kershaw, and Verlander. It's never going to happen so why even ask the question.
@BenVerlander He has been good with the Mets, but you usually see that during a contract yr.I would like him stay for 3 reasons:we gave up Crow-Armstrong for him, he's a really good overall player, & he may help Lindor w/ comp. But no more than 5yr/$200.DeGrom option/Alonso contr. are due soon
@SNY_Mets I will say Dom Smith is more important. When he isn't playing left, he is our one true back up to Alonso at 1st. Unless we rely on Drury. I really like McNeil, but if we can get Villar to stay, he has way more value than McNeil based on performance as a utility player.
@Mets@NYPost_Mets Call up Mauricio & Alvarez in 2022 & give them a shot.Mauricio esp if they don't sign Baez & Nido sucks, so let Alvarez back up & learn from McCann.Mets let prospects get good enough in the minors to trade (Jiminez) or trade b4 they see what they have (Crow).
@timbhealey They should just try and buy him out already. Not that he would take it, but i think he is a waste of a roster spot if he is with us next year.
