In my wait for tonight's #CriticalRole C3/Divergence Wrapup show...I've been watching #FrierenBeyondJourneysEnd ... I LOVE THIS SHOW. I am 14 episodes in...and seeing Master Eisen slam into the ground as a throwaway gag...reminded me of the joy I felt watching early CR shorts.

C3 was that ending. No spoilers given/needed...if you want to start #CriticalRole "fresh" without any need to go through 10 years of content...Campaign 4 (whatever it is/whenever it happens) will be a NEW NEW story...C3 saw to that. For that, I'm grateful. C3 gave me closure!

Since #CriticalRole started 10 years ago, liveplay DnD has been my main medium for fantasy storytelling. I started with the ending of C1...knowing nothing else...I watched the finale. The emotions in everyone's play...the entire session...I was hooked!

I love the #MCU and I cried with happy fanboy tears for the majority of Infinity War and Endgame. Not because the stories within the movies themselves were great...but because #Marvel was following through on what was promised to us in Iron Man approx. 11 years prior. An ending.
