@AmericanAir Still waiting on a reply to the DM @AmericanAir

[DJ Unique @DJUnique721]

Wow @AmericanAir wasted my time with their "maintenance" issues these past few days. 6 hours of delays 7/17 and then over 8 hours of delays spread between multiple flights throughout the airport today 7/23. Then running all over the Miami Airport in a Mask makes it worst...

[DJ Unique @DJUnique721]

@AmericanAir Thanks for the reply @AmericanAir. I will DM but I'm not even sure how you can make anything better at this time as the damage is beyond done smh. DMing now

[DJ Unique @DJUnique721]

@AmericanAir Then after 3 hours (which included us missing out connecting flight since the one they threw us on had a mini layover) @AmericanAir give us another excuse. First it was not enough gas, then it was the runway switched...by then we had already missed all connecting options

[DJ Unique @DJUnique721]

@AmericanAir Then have all of us run to a new gate across the airport / @AmericanAir switched us to a small old plane from the large newer one we booked and it was in a smaller lower end of the airport...put us on that HOT SMALL plane with only HOT WATER for 3 hours is not cool...

[DJ Unique @DJUnique721]

@AmericanAir First @AmericanAir cancel say its a maintenance issue with rolling 30-60 min delays...then say the plane is out of service and they have a new one for us but then delay 4 more hours (over 6 hours total) then switch people from that flight to a diff one claiming "weight issues"...
