I think it's time to cancel @DoorDash I just placed an order, paid through the app and went to pizza shop and it's closed and it's 10 min before the order was supposed to be ready. I reached out to @DoorDash and they say this case is not worthy of a refund. Please explain how?

@TMobile absolutely ridiculous. Customer for years and get lied to by in store reps and then Customer Service sees the indiscretion and cannot give a small credit. Not the point of the small credit its the principle of being lied to & no correction. Guess time to go to @Verizon
