Two weeks later the vehicle overheats again and now they claim it’s the water pump that failed. They now want to charge me again for further repairs on the same issue???? Does this make any sense at all??? @vauxhall
Question, took my car to @vauxhall for an overheating issue and they claimed they checked the complete cooling system and found that the vehicle needed a new oil cooler, coolant bottle and coolant system flush. Charged £1,200.
@edfenergy incompetent staff and ridiculous service!!!! Making an over 80 year old vulnerable woman wait over 12 months and you still can’t book an engineer to resolve issues that you caused!!!! Abysmal!!!!!
@ThreeUKSupport Your incompetent colleague reversed my upgrade which then left me without an active price plan. Took almost 3 hours with no service and the same amount of time on the phone to your incompetent staff. Transferred multiple times for no reason

@TheRAC_UK Over £800 out of pocket now and just left stranded even though I pay for a service!!!! Ended up having to source funds for train tickets and taxis to get back home. After waiting in the car park for over 6 hours!!!! 10am the next morning and the phantom hire car is…..
@TheRAC_UK The call came from Leeds and they asked us to come to them to collect a car. I explained we were stranded in Sheffield and there’s 5 of us. From that point onwards with multiple calls to both companies there was no tangible responses!!! Abandoned us!!!!
@TheRAC_UK The guy gave me the number for the right team and spoke to them on my phone before taking the car away and leaving the 5 of us sitting in a showroom car park. The claimed they had booked us a hire vehicle at this point and I would get a call back. An hour later
@TheRAC_UK HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!! They charge me for so called “onward travel”. Yesterday we set off from Leeds to London and the car lost speed on the M1 at Sheffield this was around 1pm. Called them and the patrol turned up at 2pm to check.
