@SCsupport Hi there. The embed function doesn't appear to be working. On my website i have a page not found error and even when i go into soundcloud to try to generate the code the preview window is also showing the same can not be found error. How can i get this looked at?

If all airlines opened up to low hour pilots without a ridiculously expensive scheme (easyjet at 120k plus TR) the shortage would be gone for a few years. Different story in US as the 1500 hr requirement changes everything.

Look at the recent Titan scheme as an example - 3000 applicants for 8 jobs. Ryanair make up the bulk of the recruitment in Europe at slightly over 1000 a year-but the UK alone trains 1000 a year

@atko1978 @smallerworld A start would be employing the 10,000s of unemployed pilots that have finished training but cant get first job as they dont have the experience-myself included! Some ppl pay for their first job (on top of training costs) which creates a market based on who can afford, not talent
