@ohioedison Wanted to let you know there is a pine tree knocked over and leaning directly on the power line at the intersection of Judson and Seasons roads in Kent/Streetsboro area. Across the street from Raccoon Hills Golf Course. Not sure how else to report it.
@Ask_Spectrum DMing you all that would be pointless. Your app os listing an outage in my area. Its that this keeps happening at least once a month and it is now interfering with my life. Last time it was down for around 12 hours. Not acceptable.
@Ask_Spectrum Considering switching services now. Constant wifi going out is BULLSHIT! I'm fucking tired of none of my smart devices working becuase Spectrum is run by a bunch of trained monkeys. Beyond unexceptable at this point. I will be looking into other service options.
@SomeGadgetGuy@Blacknight2332 I can see why! V60 is an amazing phone! Especially with that dual screen. Gonna miss LG. No other phone company has had the amount innovation that LG has. What are you using now, after LG has left the phone business?
@SomeGadgetGuy Watching your LG YouTube videos(which are great!). Still on V20 & need to upgrade. Been a fan of LG for years. Love V60, but worried about support with LG as my main phone (will V60 get updates/Android 12). Do you think its still worth getting V60 as a main driver?
@SomeGadgetGuy Yes, really worried about what I'm hearing about the USB. Seems to be related mostly to use of the 2nd display? Would like to get Android 12, but, as I'm on 8, 11 is still a massive upgrade.
Looking on Swappa, which has really low prices for the V60.
@baby_itswhateva Has AT&T gotten better then? I've heard a lot of complaints about them in the past, so have always been skeptical of them. But anything has to be better than Spectrum. This is the second time they have done this on my end in only 11 days. How do AT&Ts prices compaire?
@baby_itswhateva I second this question. Second outtage in less than 2 weeks. They give an eta on when the service will be back, then within 20 minutes of that time they change their minds, remove the eta from the notifications and leave everyone in the dark. Terrible business responsibility.
@Ask_Spectrum ANOTHER OUTTAGE? Second random outtage in only a few weeks. This is irresponsible and unexceptable service. It's 8am. That is a terrible time to randomly take down service for 2 hours. Get your act togeather Spectrum. Is this going to happen ever damn week now?
@Ask_Spectrum For others here: My net was down for 3 hours. Got a live person on the chat feature via Spectrum site who checked and said there was an outage in my area being looked into. 10 second later it was back on. A rather odd coincidence, so others may want to give it a try
@Ask_Spectrum The problem is that this is clearly not an isolated outage, as the app and site are giving me a me a notice that an outtage was reported in my area. There is no eta or even updates\messages from Spectrum to say they are even worling to fix the problem. So we are left in the dark.
@Ask_Spectrum No internet for over an hour now in NE Ohio. This is absurd! No ETA what-so-ever. Details in the app tell me nothing, just that the last update was almost 2 hours ago. What the hell is going on Spectrum? You owe your customers a freaking update! Bloody get on it.
