@pizzahutdeliver why don't your customer services work? I filled in a Web form over a week ago and they just keep pushing the action date back. I tried to ring up and after 5 minutes of robots the line just cuts off.

@HMRCcustomers I can't access the live chat service on the website. I can load it up and ask my question but when I click submit I get a message saying "cannot connect to server". Is this service available today?
