Americans need to understand the separation of power.

- Judge Aileen Cannon, a Trump appointee, will oversee the case.

- Trump was indicted in a Red State.

- In that Red State, a Grand Jury was impaneled.

- At least 12 of 15 jurors had to vote to hand down an indictment.

- A Federal Judge, who has no connection with the Executive branch, oversaw the entire process.

- That Federal judge had to find 'probable cause' in order to sign off on any subpoena or warrant.

- The head of the investigation was an independent special prosecutor, chosen for his lack of biases.

You can claim that the prosecutors, the judges and the jurors are all corrupt, but why don't you consider for just a second that the guy being charged under the ESPIONAGE ACT may actually be the corrupt one?
