How do we allow this to happen in America? How is a 12-year-old boy left on the streets for days on end with no help offered?

California had over $24 billion go unaccounted for that was dedicated to the homeless. NGOs and nonprofits receive millions for the homeless, yet the problem just gets worse and worse while children often get pulled into these horrific situations in places like Skid Row.

Our tax dollars should go towards helping others instead of enriching the pockets of NGOs and nonprofits who often enable the situation to get worse.

If you are not an American citizen, you do not vote in American elections.

Is requiring proof of citizenship to vote common sense?

B) Yes, but states should handle it
