@help_delhivery Your delivery executive are not responding the calls, their manager are also not responding to calls. Do I need to file a complaint to consumer forum ? What if I suffer the monetary loss because of your delay and product manufacturer refused to accept the delivery?

@delhivery @help_delhivery your delivery executive are not picking up the parcel and saying sir I can't pick the parcel as it's bigger in size for first two days and after that without coming to my place they are putting the reason which are not valid like customer denied
