@abcapital Not able to send a private msg. Moreover, the chats were already shared in pdf format attached with the email which had mobile numbers of contacts. Has anybody tried to dial those numbers and confirm if nos. belong to those persons or not leave aside fair investigation.
@abcapital The height of unprofessional and eye wash of attitude of Aditya Birla is once again exposed 6 emails regarding my query without any resolution have been sent to me in a span of 5 minutes between 555 & 600 pm screenshot attached
@abcapital The email sent to me was basically asking me about the details of my grievance which I replied on the same day, but neither any further action has been taken nor acknowledgement of my email has been received. Pls look into it as delay in premium payment should not be on my part
@abcapital Nobody has contacted me from my service branch i. e. Janakpuri branch, it may be noted that I should not be held responsible for delay in processing of payment of insurance premium of my policy!!
I shared my policy no & branch, & as per policy record, details may be fetched and I could be contacted by now. Moreover, all the details have already been shared through email and received ref no 21087943 but no action whatsoever, that's why I mentioned worst customer service
