@agounardes It really baffles me that govt’s solution to every problem throwing more money at it. Classic politician: “we will double the budget of the ABC agency”. Where is the accountability? Overpaying for property by the SCA, hotels for the homeless ($30m over market) in Park Slope!

@agounardes Federal and State governments are struggling to convince Americans to get vaccinated. “Why should I wear a mask or socially distance if I get vaccinated?” Lifting restrictions further incentivizes people to get vaccinated. More psychology than anything else.

@agounardes Curious to pinpoint the cause for the increase in demand for illegal guns. If gun violence is a result of increase demand what is city hall/state doing to decrease the demand? Seems that focusing on local solutions is easier than garnering nationwide consensus on gun control.

@agounardes Andrew let’s say for the sake of this argument that the gun was from a state with weak guns laws, how do you explain the increase in gun violence in the past 18 months when these states have had weak guns laws for decades. The increase in violent crimes in NYC is palpable.
