Another collaboration between DK-Architects and FP Homes has been shortlisted for a British Homes Award. 'The Pines' in Formby is a development of 12 family homes set around a landscaped shared surface, hoping to follow in the footsteps of 'The Gables' and win this National Award

DK-Architects successfully appointed to £1.5 billion Innovation Chain North Framework

DK-Architects has been appointed by @MyGreatPlace to its @ICN_framework framework of contractors and consultants for the next 4 years.

We are delighted to have been able to secure consent for up to 380 new homes at Horrocks Mill for @Onward_Homes. A great collaborative team effort and positive engagement with Preston City Council Planning Team made this possible within 13 weeks of submission.

Taking reference from a cotton works that once occupied the site in Preston, the design references the composition and grain of that historic built form to create a place with a unique identity that will improve connectivity across the wider area.
