A powerful long-range bomb exploded in Moirang, Manipur, resulting in the death of an elderly man and injuries to five others, including a 13-year-old girl.

This incident occurred in the compound of former Manipur Chief Minister Mairembam Koireng's residence, which was targeted by what appears to be an improvised rocket.
