If the account was deactivated, then the question is simple: where is the money now, and what is Raenest doing to ensure it is returned rather than repeatedly shifting responsibility elsewhere?
@RaenestApp@it_Rutie@RaenestApp, Escrow has confirmed that the withdrawal was successfully processed and cannot be recalled because the funds have already left their system, yet your team continues to direct me back to the sender instead of accounting for funds sent to a receiving account previously

Please note that the previous Wells Fargo account has been deactivated, and we no longer have visibility or control over transfers sent to that account.

@RaenestApp@Raenest I'm disappointed by this response attached in the screenshot. If the Wells Fargo account was truly deactivated, why was I still able to use it to initiate a withdrawal from my Raenest escrow balance? Why was the transaction processed and my balance debited?
@RaenestApp@Raenest Whether it has been returned, or when I will regain access to it. This is no longer just a support issue, it is a matter of accountability. I would appreciate a clear answer from Raenest on what happened to my $209.12 and what concrete steps are being taken to resolve this.
@RaenestApp@Raenest At the moment, it appears that responsibility is being shifted to me for a transaction that originated entirely within the Raenest platform. My funds left my escrow balance successfully, yet no one has explained where the money currently is.

I've been trying to get an update on a withdrawal issue involving funds debited from my escrow balance, and I've provided all the requested documentation via email. Unfortunately, I have not received any response or status update since then.
