@cryptocom Hey there team! Quick question, I'm having difficulty withdrawing FIAT funds to a Wise (previously TransferWise) account that I have used to deposit funds, in EUR. The account says "Non-Withdrawable". Any ideas to try?
@virginmedia Yes I have, there isn't an option for cancellation as part of your automation items. As a result I have to go through to somebody else, who then transfers me through to that department. They then cut me off. This has taken me 2 days of consistently trying.
@virginmedia I've been trying to cancel my contract with you today. Not only are there no options on the phone line that you give as part of the "help" article on the website but once you are put through to the right queue, you need to wait to get hung up on. Tried 3 times now.
@virginmedia@virginmedia Yes, can you get me the telephone number of the cancellation department. I'm unable to get through to anyone on the hotline given in the help article or now through to anyone on the text number you gave me yesterday.
@virginmedia@virginmedia I tried to do this yesterday, I stopped as the service agent the other end started giving me responses that I'm assuming were for another customer. I've tried today and I'm now in a loop with the bot, where it keeps asking if I want to hold and to pick an answer.

I've not had the chance to try again since as I've had to get on with work.
@Hoiley1@ScottishPower I experienced this, this week. Although they were able to leave a message which they wouldn't have been able to do if they hung up. So must have been an issue with my phone.
@ScottishPower I've had a complaint outstanding for over 2 years now and I'm getting fed up with it! Your complaint handlers call me at times I'm not generally avaliable, there are times on the account, then leave me contact numbers that don't work. Please get in touch.
