8 days. @hydroottawa . Here at Chesterton, and elsewhere. Great job re the 94%. Embarrassing with the rest. Capital of Canada. And a lot of the frustration could've been avoided with somewhat competent, clear. and consistent communication. Just hope this doesn't happen next time.
