@airtelindia I traveled to Nathula Pass on April 24th in Sikkim India! Airtel latched on to China network and then I got a charge intimation for Rs. 649. I called up customer care soon after, and I was informed to call back once bill is generated. Now your customer care person (which you have made really difficult to reach vis IVR) is dismissive and states it's valid charge! It's shameful we don't have tower at Nathula Pass viewpoint. Pls reverse the IR charges, its Airtel error to latch on to China tower when I am in India! It's Shameful.
